Terms and Conditions – Win a Signed Bulldogs Jersey Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Suttons Ford Homebush, located at 101 to 109 Parramatta Road, Homebush NSW 2140, referred to as“the Promoter”.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals of all ages.
• Entrants must be able to attend Suttons Ford Homebush in person to collect the prize.
• By entering, participants consent to having their photo taken and used by the Promoter for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials.

3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the competition through the following methods during the competition period:
Standard Entry

• Complete the entry form available at: www.suttonsfordhomebush.com.au/bulldogs-jersey-giveaway
• One (1) standard entry per person is permitted via the online form.

Additional Entries – Service Customers

• Any individual whose vehicle attends the Suttons Ford Homebush Service Department during the competition period for eligible vehicle work will receive five (5) additional entries into the draw.
• Eligible vehicle work includes, but is not limited to:
  • Logbook service
  • General service
  • Ford warranty work
  • Ford Peace of Mind Inspection
  • Vehicle repairs
  • Accessory fitment
• All makes and models are eligible.
• The vehicle must be booked in, attended, and have work completed during the competition period.
• The relevant work must be attached to a valid repair order or job card.
• Additional entries are allocated automatically based on completed service records. No separate entry form is required for service customers.
• The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether a service or repair qualifies as eligible vehicle work.

4. Entry Limits

• A maximum of five (5) additional entries per person may be awarded through service attendance, regardless of the number of services completed during the competition period.
• Standard entry limits remain as outlined in Section 3.

5. Competition Period

• The competition commences at 12:00 AM AEST on Friday, May 1, 2026.
• The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

6. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a signed Bulldogs jersey.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize must be collected in person by the winner from Suttons Ford Homebush within ten (10) days of the prize draw date.
• Failure to collect the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible standard and service‑based entries.
• The draw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
• The winner will be announced via the Promoter’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
• The winner will also be contacted directly using the contact number and email provided at the time of entry.

8. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including photography and social media content.

9. Privacy

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Suttons Ford Homebush and Suttons Motors.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time, subject to applicable laws.
